Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are Ayurvedic and consumable, we follow strict hygiene and safety rules on returns.
Eligible for return or replacement
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:
- the product arrived damaged, defective or leaking, or
- you received the wrong item, or
- the product is expired on arrival.
To claim, share an unboxing photo or video and your order number at herbavantaherbs@gmail.com or on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
Not eligible for return
- Products that have been opened, used or have a broken seal (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Requests raised after the 7-day window.
- “Change of mind” returns on opened items.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received or verified, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to reflect.
Replacements
For damaged or wrong items, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost, subject to stock. If out of stock, a full refund is issued.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
